☆☆☆ Any art received (including, but not limited to: sketches, in-progress screenshots, final draft, finished product) is for personal use only. Reproduction for commercial use is strictly forbidden.

☆☆☆ Any art that you receive is through a digital format with no tangible form. There is no physical product to send to an address. The product (art) does not need to be sent out to an address and is sent out digitally.

☆☆☆ A down payment is needed before work starts. After the initial sketch (the first sketch shown to the commissioner) is sent out and greenlit, a refund of this down payment after this point is only a partial refund. The amount refunded will be dependent upon the difference between the down payment and the value of labor put towards the commission at the time of the refund. Should the value of labor exceed this cost at the time of a requested refund, an invoice for the labor done in relation to the final price will be sent instead.

☆☆☆ Should the editing process cause the time of labor and complexity to exceed the estimate, an invoice will be sent before work continues. Invoices for edits are non-refundable.

☆☆☆ The final payment is non-refundable. The final product is only received once this payment has been made and as a result of it being digitally distributed, cannot be refunded as a result.
